RRC Coursework

This is a gallery of my best commissioned work! Most of these pieces were commissioned by independent Winnipeg metal or punk bands.

A Stranglehold on Hope

Illustration

This is a gallery of some of the illustrations I've completed for clients or for myself. I am primarily a pointillism/stippling artist, and most of these were created manually/traditionally using tiny dots of ink. All traditional illustrations have then been scanned or photographed, and their scans and photographs have been edited to more closely represent the full range of light and shadows in the original pieces.

About Linnaea

I’m Linnaea (pronounced Lin-nay-uh), a graphic design student at RRC.

I'm passionate about learning for the sake of learning, mindfulness, creative and technical writing, and building/fixing things.

After graduation, I'd like to find work specializing in typography, UX writing, or back-end coding. I plan to go back to school someday for full-stack web development and cybersecurity.

In my free time, I love logic/word/math puzzles, Scrabble, niche horror movies, music, birding, yoga, video games, and Magic: The Gathering. I'm also learning American Sign Language and Arabic.

I currently live in West Broadway with two cats, Emily and Escher.
